The service is first class. They deliver exactly what they say they will. They turned up to quote as planned and they managed our expectations of when we would receive the quote. The quote was very fair and competitive and once the job was agreed Ian and Martin arrived as at the agreed time with other contractors all arranged by them and all offered the same high quality of service. They are 100% trustworthy, respectful of your home and deliver flawless work. I even asked them to add to the job last minute and they were able to make the time to do so. They are accommodating and really care about the standard of their work, and your happiness with it is at the centre of their focus.

They also improved on the spec suggested by my architect to ensure the best end result was achieved. All in all, I felt confident leaving the work, and my home, in their hands.
